a. fins shall be made from aluminium high grade glossy type.
B. top cover shall be made of gi material having 0.50 to 0.60mm.
C. the ventilator must have air distribution cone to directs hot air among all turbine blades. The air cone shall be made from gimaterial having average thickness of 0.5mm to 0.6mm.
D. base ring and throught ring shall be made from gi material having average thickness of 0.5 to 0.6mm.
E. turbo shall have minimum 2 nos of bearing - double z type nachi or equievelent make - for smooth and consistant performance.
F. the base domeplate shall be constructed of frp - having duct dome to fix the ventilator parallal to floor, having avergae thickness 2mm matching existing roof sheet.frp shall be made from 100% virgin material with an option to have rooflight grade and uv resistance type material.
The rate shall include cutting of old sheet and providing new sheet after fixing the ventilators and making it totally water tight etc. All complete as per engineer-in charge. Mfg. Should also have iso 9001:2008 from the reputed certifing agency for quality and installation.
