process of manufacturing :ms black bars are put in to the tank of sulfuric acid diluted with water. After keeping the black bars for 2 to 3 hours in sulfuric acid tank, the bars are shifted to water tanks and lime tank. At the end of this process, one end of the bar is pointed by pointing machine. Pointed bars are drawn by draw bench for required diameter by various dyes. After this drawn bars are cut down to requisite sizes and are straightened and polished using straightening and polishing machines. These bars are called bright bars which is basically finished goods. Hence, the entire production process takes less than one day.
