Epoxy Primers are mainly applied to provide a strong foundation to entire coating system. It is generally considered to be a coating that improves the adhesion and more importantly, the performance of the topcoat coating. List of Epoxy Primers: 1.) EPOLIQ P301/H123 Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer. Two-pack Polyamide Polyamine adduct cured air drying epoxy composition with anti-corrosive red oxide and zinc phosphate pigments. It is mainly used for protection of structural steel, equipments, conveyors, storage tanks etc., from chemical and saline environments. Shades available:  Red oxide, light grey, White Mixing ratio :  3:1 by volume. 2.) EPOLIQ P93/H39 High Build Epoxy Zinc Phosphate Primer. Two component high build epoxy polyamide-polyamine adduct cured air drying with red oxide and zinc phosphate pigments. It is formulated to protect clean or pretreated metal, which is exposed to corrosive environments. Shades available:  Red oxide, light grey, White Mixing ratio :  3:1 by volume. 3.) EPOLIQ P301/H123 Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer. Two component, organic zinc rich primer for structural steel and other carbon steel surfaces which is to be exposed to severe environments. Shades available: Grey. Mixing ratio :  3:1 by volume. 4.) EPOLIQ P301/H123 Epoxy Zinc Chromate Primer. Two-pack Polyamide - Polyamine adduct cured air-drying epoxy composition with anti-corrosive Zinc Chromate Pigments. The red version contains red iron oxide apart from zinc chromate. Shades available: Yellow, Red oxide Mixing ratio :  3:1 by volume.

Epoxy Enamel is applied over epoxy primers and provides corrosion protection along with aesthetic appearance and desired finish. Shades as per IS-5, RAL, & BS standards are available. List of Epoxy Enamel: 1.) EPOLIQ E201/H123 Epoxy Enamel. A high performance two-component Polyamide Polyamine adduct cured air drying epoxy glossy enamel. Excellent resistance to industrially polluted chemical atmosphere. Finish:  Glossy. Mixing ratio:  2:1 by volume. 2.) EPOLIQ G321/H123 Epoxy Enamel in Semi glossy and Matt finishes. A high performance two-component Polyamide Polyamine adduct cured air drying epoxy Enamel. Finish:  Semi Glossy, Matt. Mixing ratio:  3:1 by volume. 3.) EPOLIQ E903/H309 High Build Epoxy Enamel. A high solids, high build, fast drying polyamide-polyamine cured designed to protect steel and concrete in industrial exposures. Finish:  Glossy. Mixing ratio:  3:1 by volume.

Epoxy Intermediate coat is applied where very superior corrosion resistance and high DFT is required. It is a sandwich coat between primer and top coat List of intermediate coat: 1.) EPOLIQ G321/H123 Epoxy Intermediate MIO A two component epoxy polyamide polyamine cured intermediate coat reinforced with lamellar micaceous iron oxide pigment for barrier protection. Coal tar epoxy coatings are excellently resistant towards alkaline attack and are used on structural steel and other structural materials, which is highly corrosive in nature.
