These counting chambers have counting grids which are engraved into an annealed metalcoating. Under normalmicroscope settings the counting grid appears as a grid of bright lines. By altering the contrast, the counting grid can also be made to appear dark.

Description

La-Disposable Cuvettes

Buckets for spectrophotometry in visible spectrum. Clear and clear optical path with indication of the direction of the optical path. Manufactured with optical PS and PMMA of UV grade, and equipped with optically worked walls (optical faces) to ensure optimum transparency over the spectrum range from 340 to 800 mm (optical PS) and 280 to 800 mm (PMMA UV grade). Available in macro version (4ml), semimicro low (1.4ml), semimicro high (2.5 ml), with 2 or 4 optical faces. The 2-sided optical version has grooves in the two walls that have not been optically worked to provide a better hold and prevent positioning errors. They are compatible with most spectrophotometers and photometers on the market. The production technology and the quality control determine the capacity of reproduction of the cuvettes. Absorption changes are maintained within the range of 1%, an extremely important condition especially for series analysis. The cuvette with the codeMDC-204, with 4 optical faces and that can be used in the UV field, can be used for spectrofluorimetry techniques. They are recommended for most common biological and biotechnological applications. They are packaged in a convenient polyethylene foam-proof container-holder with 100 buckets.
