Ncds always emphasized with the artisans about new designs and concepts and for this it has conducted a few design and technical development workshop in wood carving craft involving qualified designers. Ncds has showcased these designs to exporters and buying agents and got very positive results.
Ncds has build work sheds for the artisans of nagina, it also motivated the artisans for group insurance for their benefit. With the aim of providing direct marketing opportunities to the artisans it has organized various exhibitions and craft bazaars in various cities. To market the products in overseas market it has participated in export promotion fairs.
