The cells of the colon use butyric acid as their preferred source of energy. Preparation Our vedic A2 ghee is prepared by the bilona churned method. We obtain milk from the cow which are grass fed Then the milk is heated in earthen pots and are kept overnight to make the curd out of it. Further the curd is churned to make butter. The butter is then boiled so that the water gets evaporated. The pure desi ghee is made by the Ayurvedic churned method at our farm. 30 kg of curd is used to prepare 1 kg of ghee. Stage Stage 1 – Pure desi cow milk is boiled (in earthern pots) Stage 2 -  Boiled milk is converted to yogurt overnight Stage 3 – Yogurt is churned using traditional bilona method Stage 4 -  Butter which is obtained is warmed to get ghee We handpick and make only premium ghee Consistency As our ghee is prepared from traditional method the state of ghee(liquid/semi solid/solid) varies based on weather conditions of storage, transit, etc and the quality of our ghee remains same all the time. Grammys Ghee made from genuine A2 milk of desi Hallikar cows native of Karnataka at hunsur near Coorg.The ghee is made using the Ayurvedic Bilona method of churning curd into butter which helps in building the perfect fatty acid profile, aroma and flavour. It is a must have for overall well-being. 22 litres of Harlikar cows' A2 milk gives 1 litre of Grammys ghee. It is made by the Vedic process to retain all the nutrients. 1. The fresh A2 milk from desi Harlikar cows is obtained. The cows are forrest grased mostly and  fed natural fodder  2. The milk is boiled in ss containers and set to curd. This increases CLA percentage in the ghee. 3. The curd is then slowly churned in ss vesels bidirectionally to yield makkhan. This step ensures that all the nutrients are retained. 4. The makkhan is heated in vesels on a low flame to yield golden ghee.
