Z-47 Wire Band

Z-47 Wire Band is made from 17 gauge (1.40mm) & 18 gauge (1.20mm), 20 gauge (0.90mm) wire of carbon steel and stainless steel 304. Owing to its excellent lamination, the Z-47 Wire Band allows free air circulation for rapid drying & baking. In addition this, the Z-47 Wire Band has great longitudinal flexibility that enables it to follow the over roller and tensioned surfaces. The Z-47 Wire Band is thin that heats faster. The weight of the Conveyor Belt decreases by around 50% than of the Conventional Belts thus reducing strain on the drum, gear box and other associated parts.
