About us Established in the year 1981, we, 'National Rubber Industries ' are reckoned as one of the trusted manufacturers and suppliers of pipe seals and gaskets for water and gas pressure pipes and a leading supplier to the non-pressure pipe seal market. These are manufactured using high quality material like EPDM, SBR, ntrile, viton, silicon, hypalon, neoprene, butyl and pu which adds high end features like abrasion resistance, resilience, high tolerance, and tensile strength to these products and makes these suitable to be used in several industries like cement, engineering, piping and steel. We are well-equipped with a state-of-the-art infrastructure and is managed by a team of experienced professionals. The manufacturing unit is fitted with hi-tech machines, enabling us to produce a range as per the varied needs of our clients. Our Modern manufacturing facilities at its plant include mixing, calendaring, extrusion compression and injection moulding , we have our own in house tool room to cater our needs of moulds and dying. Our team of R&D experts are committed towards improving the current standards of our range of products and understanding the changing needs of the market and the clients. Also, we have a quality testing unit on our premises, where our quality controllers inspect our range on various parameters. INFRASTRUCTURE We are well-equipped with the state-of-art infrastructure that is spread over a constructed area of 10,000 square feet. We have divided our infrastructure into various units, so as to ensure the smooth functioning of the production process. These include the manufacturing, quality testing and R&D units. The manufacturing unit is facilitated with hi-tech machines and equipment that enable our professionals to produce a flawless range.
