Customers are forced to buy pre-packed products made long before they reach their kitchen. Inspiration from Local Spice Shops In local markets, I discovered something different. A few traditional spice shops still follow an honest process: Whole spices are weighed in front of the customer Each ingredient is visible and transparent Spices are ground fresh, on the spot This method delivers superior aroma, better taste, and higher trust. However, even here I noticed challenges. Sometimes, if a particular whole spice was unavailable, shopkeepers would silently skip it. This showed me that there were still gaps in the process.
