Final inspection and allother tests… In house q.c personnel or buyer authorized agents or buyer recommended labs/agencies.
Company profile
We are introducing ourselves as manufacture & exports of all type of knitted garments from tirupur, India. Our company had established on 2007 and we are strategically located in TIRUPUR, a hub of knitted garment manufacturing in INDIA. We are looking for developing a business relationship with a long term perspective and hope to satisfy your sourcing requirements. Our main product of export of our company is knitted garments. We make our products with ethical concept. This factory is equipped with modern sewing machines and we have the technical, merchandising and quality assurance skills to control the process from start to finish.
Capacity
We have the capacity of making 5,000 pieces per day in our factory and we have an experienced quality team monitor the fabric quality, cutting and sewing through to packing.
Quality systems
All fabric is inspected prior to cutting, sewing production and all packed product is metal detected. We can provide AQL reports prior to shipment plus any other specific customer requirements.
Ethical
Our factory complies with all the clauses of the Primark code of conduct & Under process the SEDEX ethical audit.
Products
Our main products are men’s, Ladies & Kids – T-shirts, Polo T-shirts, Sweat top, Sweat leg, Boxers, Vest, and nightwear
Fabrics
We can do all the kinds of knitted garments fabric including S/J, Rib, Interlock, Fleece, and Jacquard in plain, printed or yarn dyed stripes. We also have special finishes such as Bio-wash, Peach finish and Enzyme wash
Infrastructure
We have added several facilities one by one and are also in the process of adding new machines. Right now we outsource some of the facilities with units that understand and value our quality criteria. The units that chip in with their facility have been working closely with us for several years and we do help them adapt to our way of functioning. The quality oriented production process is carried out with following facilities:
Knitting – is done in our associate concern. Imported machines like Orizzio and Mayer & Cie are used for knitting. There is a huge capacity and we need only more orders to fully utilize them.
Compacting – is done our associate concern. made tube Tex compacting machine. Every garment that rolls out of our factories are compacted. Compacting is not a value addition but a regular process with us.
Printing – is done our associate concern. our printing unit is equipped with chest printing machines, manual printing tables, heat setting machine, curing machine, flock printing machine. For Rotary printing we use 10 colour Laxmi/Harish machine available with our associate concern.
Dyeing – we use conventional winches (closed types), jet dyeing and soft flow dyeing as needed. Ultimately the color is what is needed with fastness and free of azo. We take particular care in not using offensive chemicals.
Sewing – our stitching unit has power driven sewing machines all imported and steam irons with vacuum tables.
