Our range is known for high integrity, reliability even in long run.Salient Features:- Graded Casting: Planer tables are machined, polished and fitted according to the best available practices and ground finishing of every part is ensured under professional supervision Moulding System: According to the specific requirements for different operations, a number of moulding systems with great finish are provided to cater the needs of client. These include round moulding system, degreeside cutting system, separate steel angle plate for pataam plate, steel plate fitted on the top plate. Ball Bearings: To ensure trouble free and prolonged working life, quality ball bearings are provided on each moving part. Heavy duty ball bearings are fitted on the main cutter block. Blades: To ensure the high quality performance of cutter, blades of main cutter are made of special HIGH CARBON HIGH CHROMIUM STEEL. Safety Back Stoppers : An additional jack is attached to the gauge plate for locking purpose and a safety system which stops the wood from bouncing back.Clutch System with side cutter : With the clutch system, the main roller and side cutter can be driven one at a time. The main roller is also provided with a system for quick blades setting. Four Drills for 38" to 1" can be operated from the machine. Additional circular saw of 14" can be fitted on the side table. Blades can be sharpened over the grinder fitted on the machine.
