West africa lumber limited was incorporated in nigeria in 1993 and a subsidiary company, west africa lumber inc was incorporated in the state of maryland in year 2001. the company among other businesses export tropical wood. However, in the last three years, the main focus had been exportation of nigerian tropical commodities. our main export markets are: the united states, americas, china, europe and asia countries. our managing director, mr. Niran adeyeri facilitates promotional activities on behalf of the company to identify and recruit new business clients. He attributes 15 years of professional success to work ethics, maintained relationships and dedication. he is an alumnus of the university of lagos and member of institute of bankers london since 1981. He was recognized in the 2005/2006 edition of international who's who of professionals for exemplary achievements and distinguished contributions to international business community. Mr. Adeyeri worked briefly with the then standard bank of nigeria limited now first bank plc in 1979 at isolo branch of the bank. he has also attended several industry related trade fairs in france, republic of ireland, canada and the united states. the experience gathered over the last 15 years by mr. Adeyeri and his personal interaction with most of the major trading partners in europe and north america via-a-vis the confidence repose in him has helped in negotiating the most favorable payment terms from international commodity buyers. west africa lumber limited was recognised by the board of the geneva based foundation for excellence in business practice with an award of gold medal on september 10, 2004. with the abundant arable land in the northern part of nigeria that share international boundary with the niger republic, chad republic and mali, our prospective buyers are assured of quality agro products - sesame seeds, gum arabic, ginger, garlic, groundnuts/peanuts in shells, peanut cakes and cassava .
