Conveyor belt decoilers are used for installing belts. They are also used in conjunction with coilers and splicing stations to enable quick and easy replacement of conveyor belts. Based on decades of experience, our Technical team can provide belt changing solutions for conveyor systems of any length and profile. Coilers & Decoilers are manufactured with various types of platforms and drive configurations to suit specific applications. Special bearing arrangement permits easy removal and placement of the shaft loaded with the belt drum. Coilers and Decoilers are designed for stationary as well as mobile platforms.

NIPL Cold Solution is a specially formulated rubber based adhesive used in all applications of bonding rubber to rubber. It has been formulated to use solvents of low toxicity to produce an improved adhesive strength. When used in conjunction with NIPL Hardener, excellent results will be achieved in all rubber bonding applications. It is especially suitable for belt splicing, rubber lining, and pulley lagging.

Precision-manufactured for robust, durability and standard, NILOS-Rings are produced from Galvanized steel, Stainless steel and Brass.Galvanized steel is especially good in environments where there are tough abrasive particles. Stainless steel is usually used in food processing environments, and other applications where water or other corrosive materials are present. Brass is used in applications where there are high concentrations of salt or other corrosive solutions.

NIPL’s Vulcanising Presses offer quality equipment designed for trouble-free operation in the harshest conditions. Our presses are easy to set-up and operate. NIPL presses are built to provide uniform heating and pressure across the entire splice area, with heating up to 360F (180C) and specific pressure up to 200 psi(14kgcm2). Its quick heating and Integrated Cooling enable short splicing cycles cutting downtime. NIPL Presses are designed to be used stand-alone or in combination with other NIPL presses. All vulcanising presses are designed to customer’s requirements for belt widths, splice lengths, combinations, voltages, configurations, etc.
