Memory Bank has a non volatile RAM capable of data retention for 10 years. The MEMORY BANK is connected to scanner, which sends the data to memory bank at every programmed interval. The memory bank keeps storing the data till its capacity is reached or till the user stops the data collection. Now the memory bank is disconnected from the scanner & connected to PC, where off-line version collects all the data from memory bank & stores in the format. Once the data is collected by the , the memory is erased & can be reused again. The instrument has unlimited write cycles. This arrangement is very useful for remote data monitoring or where PC can not be dedicated for application.

5555B is a unique Count Totaliser with and without memory having wide applications in textile industries for meter counting, Pharmaceutical - chemical - food industries for event counting, packing machineries, machine tool engineering for stroke counting and many other areas where accurate counting is involved.
Instrument accepts signals from Photo sensors, Proximity Switches, Limit Switches, Contact closures, Encoders, Voltage Pulses. etc. Instrument can work upto 2KHZ . of switching frequency.
The incoming signal is filtered, conditioned, wave shaped with help of filters and choppers. The signal is fed to synchronous counter I.C. which drives seven segment display. at the same time signal is compared with set value. At the set point relay change over takes place. The costly powder material cannot be filled in the sacks by volume, it requires weight-based measurement.
Here the load-cell is used for precision weight measurement. The load-cell signal is digitized by 16 bit / 24 bit ADC's. The hopper, contains a powder to be filled, has a crew, which is controlled by clutch & brake assembly. The VFD controls the speed of filling.
Thus hardware requires the Analog input & digital outputs along with the timers for continous cycle.

Differential Pressure Measurement for Flow rates : Generally this method is used for measuring flow of gas, steam and liquids of low viscosity. An obstruction in the pipeline is generated by an element (orifice plate) creates pressure difference before and after the element. This differential pressure (pressure low) is proportional to square of the flow rate.

The denim cloth material is required to be stretched before being processed. This is done by controlling the tension between the load roll & take-up roll. The load roll & take-up roll has incremental shaft encoders connected to it. The settings are done in such a way that the position of both rolls is adjusted as per the desired stretching of the denim material.
Convert 9001 is designed for computer connectivity. The product is designed from state-of-the-art micro-controller. Convert9001 offers 2 modes of communication. One is RS232-RS485 & other one is RS485-RS232. Serial RS232 data can be converted to RS485 data. RS485 data can be converted to RS232 data. RS485 is available with 2/4 wire option.

To determine the amount of liquid present in the tank, the Ultrasonic transmitter is used. This generates a 4 to 20mA output signal, which is given to instrument. The display indicates the height of the liquid in the tank. By using the volume formula, the volume of the liquid is also displayed. The retransmission output related to volume is given out for SCADA software package for further processing.
