We are having 8 no. Of vertical band saw machines we can cut aluminium plates in different profiles. Circles upto 1500mm dia and thickness upto 100 mm can be easily cut. in the following image the aluminium block of 450 x 250 x 85 mm thick is cut along length wise into two half. One half of size 450 x 125 x 85 mm is further cut into 5 pieces of size 125 x 16 x 450 mm. till now we have cut the circle cutting of size 1500mm dia and 38 mm thick aluminium plate.

This is en-19 plate of size 1000 mm dia x 150mm thick. All the scrap is removed as a solid blocks and can be used for different purpose.

Graphite is one of the costly materials used in Industrial Applications. We are cutting the Graphite blocks solidly to remove the unwanted portion which can be used for other application with minimum cutting wastage 1.2mm.Till now we have cut the Graphite block of size 1000 x 750 x 240mm.  The following images show the cutting the Graphite in 120 degrees to remove 100mm dia 3 nos.  from a round of 180mm dia x 300mm length.

This is the aluminium plate of size 1250 x 2500 x 250 mm thick .We are cutting the plate with circular saw and on vertical band saw machine.

We are capable of cutting steel and CI casting for Destructive Testing. The internal sizes   cannot be inspected unless and until is cut at the different sections. The images show the castings cut at the different sections as per the customer requirements.

• This is an Aluminum-2014 black of size 155 x 155 x 120 mm which is cut in such a manner to save material as solid block
• Aluminium plates cutting into 5 pieces. Aluminium plate of size 450 x 250 x85 mm thick cut in centre length wise and the one-half of the piece is further cut into five pieces of size 450 x 125 x 16 mm.

Cutting of Stainless Steel plates for smaller thickness, lot of non-conventional methods like lazar, plasma cutting process are available. As there is heat involvement in this type of process there is a change in mechanical properties.  We are cutting huge thickness of Stain Steel plates and machine components without any taper.
