Introduction: The NWS-HP has a 7.5 horsepower pumping station which pumps up to 140 liters of water per minute through 36 Numbers of 45 degree nozzles, 28 of which is fixed on both sided gantry frame of front and rear door and rests 8 are fixed on top of gantry frame which washes Ceilings, tires, wheels and rocker panels of bus and truck. The NWS-HP also dispenses a specially formulated foaming high pressure chemical with the help of dosing pump during a Pre wash pass which is applied prior to the high pressure water spray and in second pass the high pressure water spray automatically adjusts to the vehicles dimensions by the use of PLC based control panel and lastly, a high pressure Air blowers maintains the best air stream helps to dry the complete vehicle surfaces. Regarding the most up-to-date invention of NWS-HP is during the second high pressure water spray pass, the stainless steel nozzles are automatically rotates the water pipes to 45 degree angle with the help of pneumatic cylinder to directly hit the rear portions of the bus and truck and hence leaves it completely clean.
