The system is designed for students to study automobile ignition system. The manufacturers original components are mounted on a panel with nomenclature to every component. By switching on the switch and by manually giving rotation to the Distributor, Sequential Sparks in the spark plugs can be demonstrated. Optionally, system and components a particular make/model of a vehicle can be supplied.

The system is designed for students to study automobile Air Brake System. All details of construction and working of every component are clearly exposed. Different working systems are coloured differently to make learning easier. Major components of the system are,

This Hydrostatics Bench is a self contained and mobile bench equipped with the apparatus needed for a comprehensive range of experiments on properties of fluids and hydrostatics. The equipment allows the study of all the important properties of Newtonian fluids.
With this equipment students can develop their knowledge of a wide range of principles and techniques that will be of lasting value to them in their studies of fluid mechanics. The equipment is entirely self-contained and mobile.

This is an invaluable aid in the effective understanding of heat exchangers. The hot water unit comprises of a tank fitted with electrical immersion heaters. It has a facility to circulate hot and cold water through flow meters with the help of motor driven pumps. Shell and tube heat exchanger and/or a concentric pipe heat exchanger and/or plate type heat exchanger is provided to conduct the experiment. Other type of heat exchangers can be provided, on request. The system facilitates the study of parallel and counter flow as well.

Hydraulic trainer explains the essential physical principles of hydraulics. It demonstrates the construction and working of hydraulic components and helps students in the designing and building of various hydraulic circuits. The trainer is built on a compact trolley mounted on wheels for convenient handling.

Various different models are available to suit varied requirements of the institutes. Basic, Advanced, Electro-Hydraulic, PLC operated and PC operated trainers are available.

Electro-hydraulics is widely used in all industries for a variety of applications. The combination of electrical controls and hydraulics is very effective in automation. These circuits can also be studied on select models of the trainer.

All the models can be supplied with profile plate and sliding arrangement for in-use component mounting and component storage facility. The advantage of this system is that it is space saving and the user can add more components as and when required.

Computer Based Training Software (Automation Studio Software) On Oil Hydraulics and Pneumatics is also available as stand-alone software or a part of the equipment.
