    These Seed Germinator are used for Seed Testing Lab., Seed Certification Agencies, Agricultural Research Institutes, etc.


    CONSTRUCTION:

    The unit is of double walled construction. The exterior chamber is made of mild steel & finished in non corrosive paint or powder coated and interior chamber is made of heavy gauge polished stainless steel. Between two chamber glass-wool insulation is provided. Glass window/Door is provided to see the operation without disturbing the control condition inside the chamber. An outside metal door with lock is provided. The unit rest on castor wheel. 5/6 removable tray at fix distance are provided. Forced air circulation for uniform temperature. 2 Nos. Digital Display indicating Dry & Wet temp. Humidity by steam injection control by dry & wet bulb principal and set by chart provided.

INTRODUCTION :

NOVA MAKE RESISTANCE TO SURFACE WEAR APPARATUS (ABRASION TESTER) ForDecorative Lamination Sheet (As Per IS 2046:1995) is specifically designed for Laboratory Testing of Decorative Lamination Sheet.

The decorative surface of the sheet shall be sufficiently resistant to ab rasion to protect its base layer from exposing in normal use. This ability to resist abrasion is determine by holding a circular test specimen taken from sheet & keeping over a horizontal platform & rubbing it with abrasive paper mounted over to cylindrical rubber disc. The test specimen is rotated at a fix speed of 60 +/- 2 RPM and the rubber disc rotates alongwith th e platform due to fraction be tween them and test specimen.

This causes the surface of the test specimen to abrade. The numbers of rotation required to bring about a defined degree of change in colors or wearing of the top layer gives a measure of abrasion resistant to the sheet under test.














CONSTRUCTION:
NOVA MAKE RESISTANCE TO SURFACE WEAR APPARATUS (ABRASION TESTER) For Decorative Lamination Shee t (As per IS 2046:1995) consists of a horizontal platform which rotates at a fix speed by synchro-set motor. Two Nos. cylindrical rubber cover wheels having width of 12.7mm & 50mm dia disposed symmetrically about the axis of th e platform & located at 20mm in front of its centre with a loading arrangement to press the rubber disc against the surface of th e specimen sheets under a specified load of 5.4 +/- 0.2 N on each. A programmable pre-set Digital counter with total revolution indication is provided to record the numbers of revolu tion of the platform and to step the motor after pre set program of revolution.

10 Pairs of abrasive sheets of 12.7mm width & 160mm L made of aluminum oxide paper of either 180 or 220 grit with double side tape fixed at the back to stick them on rubber wheels are provided.

A vacuum suction system is provided to remove the abraded dust from the surface of the test specimens.

The equipment is finished in POWDER COATED PAINT.

The system is also provided with side arm resting device.

    The unit is of double walled construction. The exterior chamber is made of mild steel and finished in non corrosive paint or powder coated and interior chamber is made of heavy gauge polished stainless steel. Between two chamber glass-wool insulation is provided. Glass window is provided to see the operation without disturbing the control condition inside the chamber. An outside metal door with lock is provided. The unit rest on castor wheel.

INTRODUCTION :

INTRODUCTION :

NOVA MAKE RESISTANCE TO SURFACE WEAR APPARATUS (ABRASION TESTER) ForDecorative Lamination Sheet (As Per IS 2046:1995) is specifically designed for Laboratory Testing of Decorative Lamination Sheet.
The decorative surface of the sheet shall be sufficiently resistant to ab rasion to protect its base layer from exposing in normal use. This ability to resist abrasion is determine by holding a circular test specimen taken from sheet & keeping over a horizontal platform & rubbing it with abrasive paper mounted over to cylindrical rubber disc. The test specimen is rotated at a fix speed of 60 +/- 2 RPM and the rubber disc rotates alongwith th e platform due to fraction be tween them and test specimen.
This causes the surface of the test specimen to abrade. The numbers of rotation required to bring about a defined degree of change in colors or wearing of the top layer gives a measure of abrasion resistant to the sheet under test.

CONSTRUCTION:
NOVA MAKE RESISTANCE TO SURFACE WEAR APPARATUS (ABRASION TESTER) For Decorative Lamination Shee t (As per IS 2046:1995) consists of a horizontal platform which rotates at a fix speed by synchro-set motor. Two Nos. cylindrical rubber cover wheels having width of 12.7mm & 50mm dia disposed symmetrically about the axis of th e platform & located at 20mm in front of its centre with a loading arrangement to press the rubber disc against the surface of th e specimen sheets under a specified load of 5.4 +/- 0.2 N on each. A programmable pre-set Digital counter with total revolution indication is provided to record the numbers of revolu tion of the platform and to step the motor after pre set program of revolution.

10 Pairs of abrasive sheets of 12.7mm width & 160mm L made of aluminum oxide paper of either 180 or 220 grit with double side tape fixed at the back to stick them on rubber wheels are provided.

    the unit is of double walled construction.
