Having worked for all the caustic soda manufacturers in UAE, Nuberg EPC is reckoned as the biggest EPC & LSTK Company for chlor alkali industry in the UAE. Nuberg has impressive clientele of LSTK projects executed on behalf of leading caustic soda suppliers from countries like UAE, Paraguay, Algeria, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, India and Qatar. Our caustic chlorine plants incorporate three major areas; brine preparation and purification plant, electrolysis and product handling & storage. Typical by products of chlor alkali and derivatives plant include caustic soda lye, caustic soda flakes, chlorine, calcium chloride, sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide, hydrochloric acid, stable bleaching powder and chlorinated paraffin wax (CPW).

DENSAC plant is designed to accept a mixed feed of TNT and Tetryl waste acid. The feed is partially preheated by interchange with either (a) hot denitrated acid from Denitration column or (b) Hot high concentrated Sulphuric Acid out of the concentration boiler, to ensure that the Sulphuric Acid concentration does not drop below 65%. Stripping steam is fed to the base of the column to strip the nitric/nitrous from sulphuric acid & reduce the nitro body content of the acid.
