The milk storage tank would be used to store chilled milk at 4 C temperature. Constructional features of this tank is single / double walled, insulation / uninsulation and welded construction of sanitary design. A VMST is a cylindrical storage vessel with a flat sloppy bottom and a conical top. Generally, the VMST is insulated with cold insulation on the conical top, sloppy bottom and side wall. There is a stainless stell material welded cladding over the insulation. The tank has standard accessories like an inlet-cum-outlet for the product. It has a top mounted low shear agitator for keeping the product homogenous.

This butter trolley is rectangular vessel having a flat sloppy bottom end and open top. These butter trollies are used for transportation of butter from one section to the other within the dairy area. This trolley is fabricated with SS pipe and SS sheet metal. Trolley has heavy duty wheel with bearing and easy handling soft handles.
