These Lammer  Trekking Socks  are designed for outdoor trekking featuring a special warmth and comfort with full padding along the feet. The anatomically shaped cushioning with special focus on the heel and toe areas ensures protection from impact forces while the arch support works to enhance the shoes effect. Outer jacket is 100% waterproof and comes with a nylon outer and breathable lining on the inside, it has a detachable storm hood which is adjustable using drawcords. It has storm flap on the center zip with velcro closures, wrists also have velcro closures. Hem is adjustable using drawcords. There are two chest pockets and two side pockets all with waterproof zips, there is one more chest pocket on the inside. All seams are taped and there is under arm ventilation zips. There are 3 button attachment points for the removable inner fleece jacket, one on the collar and two on each wrist. There are two center zips and yhe inner one is for attaching the fleece jacket. Inner fleece jacket is removable and is made with two layers, thus making it really warm. It is also reversible and has two zip side pockets. There is extra patches on shoulders and elbows which are high wear parts. Lycra closures on wrists and anti pilling fleece used. There are 3 loops for attaching the fleece jacket to the waterproof outer shell, one on the collar and two on each wrist. All zippers on both the jackets come with pullers for easy handling while wearing gloves. Both the jackets can be used as a stand alone system or in tandem depending on the climate.
