Filtrair FHT 1000 uses glass fiber media bonded together into a uniform high efficiency mat. The media pack is encased in a fine expanded metal housing for high temperature applications. The filter layer of special media on the air exit side ensures that fibers do not migrate into the air stream. The clean air side is identified by a sticker. FHT 1000 filter is designed for applications in drying oven for automotive industry. The filter is constructed from a special grade of lint free microfine glass fiber media to withstand temperature upto 300C. It is usually put in a reusable holding frame. They are very well suited for use as oven application for surface finishing technology industries.

The IHT 1000 is an extended surface, high temperature filter design with rigid construction. The filter utilizes a glass media that is pleated in construction.

Spectrum high temperature filters are used for air filtration applications involving temperatures > 100C (>212F) up to 400C (752F). The filter media is made of special, temperature resistant glass fibre paper with high mechanical stability and moisture resistance. The pleat distance is maintained by aluminum separators with rounded edges to avoid damage to the pleat pack during transport, mounting and operation. Protection grids on both upstream and downstream side also prevent damage to the filter medium. The protection grids and the filter frame consist of galvanized steel, so as to reduce the risk of particle shedding caused by the constantly high temperatures. Spectrum high temperature filters are equipped with a temperature resistant gasket to preclude leaks.

This heavy duty synthetic industrial grade media can be delivered in cut pads or rolls. Very useful as blow set or as prefilter pads. Very commonly used in window ventilation units, fan coils, air conditioning installations, kitchen hoods, industrial ventilation systems and as prefilter in paintspray cabins.

The Spectra Pad GF is a high efficiency, adhesive impregnated glass fiber pad, usually put in a reusable holding frame. They are very well suited for use as pre filter for engine, turbine, and compressor intake air systems. The Spectra Pad GF is made from continuous filament fiberglass media and has progressive density construction to ensure that the entire depth of the media is loaded resulting in high dust holding capacity. A special non drying adhesive coating retains particles that are arrested by the media. The 100 mm Spectra Pad GF is easily installed by compressing into a 50 mm Pad Holding Frame.

The AeroStar MERV 13 Green Pleat is specifically designed to meet the air filtration efficiency criteria required to gain points toward certification in the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEEDs) Green Building rating system. Most air filters reaching MERV 13 high efficiency levels require greater depth and retrofitting expense to be installed. The Green Pleat delivers high efficiency in a compact 2"depth design, allowing immediate installation with absolutely no modification to existing equipment. Simply replace the existing lower efficiency pleat or disposable air filter with the Green Pleat. Upgrade the system to the LEEDs required MERV13 level. The MERV 13 Green Pleat is designed to meet air filtration efficiency standards set forth in the LEED Programs for existing buildings and new construction, as well as an effective IAQ tool for LEED in schools. The MERV 13 Green Pleat can also be used in industrial and commercial complexes, hospitals and universities or wherever higher efficiency air filtration is desired to remove pollens and allergens.

Auto Roll filter units are available in a wide range of size and feature options. The filter uses an industrial grade fiberglass media which automatically renews when prompted by a pressure drop based sensor. Along with pressure drop sensing the filter also has media run out alarm. The intelligent control panel can be placed besides the filter unit or can be integrated with the centralized building control. The unit is equipped with a totally enclosed thermally protected motor.

The Spectra Cartridge filter range covers filters for pulsing and static applications. Media options for cartridges are Water Repellent Microglass Fiber, Resin Impregnated Cellulose, Cellulose and synthetic blend, or wet laid synthetic i.e. 100% moisture resistant. A rigid expanded metal is used as inner core and outer core that protects each element from extreme differential conditions and handling damage respectively. The inner and outer cores are bonded with the pleated media with spiral hot-melt adhesive for better result.
