We are offering dosa wet batter. Instant dosa wet batter in one kg a& hlf kg packing dosa wet batter contents: rice, urad dal and water. Preparation: take the required portion of batter from plastic bag and add salt to it. Mix the batter well and keep it aside for at least one hour so it reaches to room temperature. Spread one cup of batter on a heated tava, add a spoonful of ghee or oil and roast both the sides on medium flame till golden brown. Put the remaining batter without adding salt in the refrigerator.
