1121 rice, also known as 1121 Basmati rice, is a premium long-grain rice variety famous for its exceptional length, aroma, and cooking quality. It is considered one of the longest basmati grains in the world, with grains that can elongate almost twice their size when cooked. This rice has a naturally fragrant aroma, a slender shape, and a soft, fluffy texture after cooking. Because of its elegance and superior quality, 1121 rice is commonly used for biryanis, pulao, and special occasions. It is also exported globally due to its aroma, non-sticky nature, and attractive appearance on the plate.
