High output P SERIES : THROUGH ROW PUSHINGBags are oriented and formed by the clamp system and built in a row which is then pushed to form a layer. Each layer is squared and pressed in order to create a stable load.Suitable for capacity from 500 and up to 2500 bags/hour. G SERIES : THROUGH BAG HANDLINGBags are handled one by one by a gripper and places the bag onto the stripper plates, overlapping them if necessary. Upon completion, the layer is then squared and discharged on the top of the pallet and pressed in order to create stability.Suitable for capacity from 500 and up to 1500 bags/hour

We have a complete range of automatic placers for open mouth bags suitable for Paper, Plastic and Woven bags. CSA-70, CSA-90 and CSA-100 series are offered for bags with or without lateral bellows. Ideal for granular or high-density products which in turn ensures the stability of the filled bag. CSA-75, CSA-95 and CSA-105 series are offered for bags with or without lateral bellows or PINCH. It incorporates a special bag accompaniment for powdered and unstable products and to ensure proper closure of the PINCH bags. KID-BAG 800/1500 series are offered for bags or SOS bags with small contents.

Payper India has installed thousands of Gross Weighers PB. This is with latest State of the art technology, Mechanical design and with its own dedicated Microcontroller MCB+. The weight range is from 10kg to 50kg. PB is built in different material depending upon the product and application. It has a wide range of product feeding systems depending upon the product characteristics. Payper PB Gross weighers are versatile and suitable for a wide range of products such as Grains, Plastics, Cattle feed , Fertilisers, Pallets, Flakes and Speciality chemicals. Payper offers PB with Fully Automatic Bagging Line or with Semi Automatic Bagging line depending upon application and customer requirement. PB can be upgraded to Fully Automatic Bagging System if needed. PB can be incorporated with De Aerations System. Simultaneous weighing and bagging is possible.

We provide turnkey solutions from collection of products to stockpiling by pneumatic or mechanical conveying up to truck loading.Mobile Bagging System is tailor made, hence it can be with ISO containers OR with Fabricated Trolley system. Easy electrical Connection at site, Tubing for Compressed air supply or independent dedicated air compressor with internal tubing and fitting. Internal lighting on top and bottom side for round the clock operation. Safety Guards and Rails for safe operation.

Big-bag filling system with four bag handles and boxes weighing 15 to 50 kg and octabins weighing 500 to 2000 kg. It incorporates different dosing and weighing systems according to the product characteristics. The bag extraction system can be manual by means of a lift truck/fork lift or automated with conveyor motorized roller conveyors.
