You may thin as you required applying with mineral turpentine oil or kerosene oil. You may apply on screen by a doctor blade or brush. First apply a first coating on inner side of exposed screen. Wipe the screen by a cloth on outer side of screen. Then wet a cloth in M.T.O (mineral turpentine oil) or kerosene oil and apply to outer side of screen & wipe by a cloth to remove all M.T.O or kerosene. You will find first coating on screen. Then allow your screen to dry in sun light for 4 to 6 hour till coating dried. When the coating gets dried, its color will change in to greenish tone. It is sign of coating dry. Now apply a second coat again on inner side of screen by same method. After drying second coat apply a third coat on outer side of screen by same method described above. In last, paint rest area of screen by brush & dry. Now your screen is ready to printing the cloth on printing table or felt bed machine.

CNSL Resin is based on cashew nut shell liquid is traditionally obtained as a byproduct during the isolation of the kernel. CNSL Based Resin mainly consists of two naturally produced Phenolic Compounds i.e. Anacardic Acid and Cardol. Both of them are of non-drying and cannot be dried up unless by means of either process by chemical reaction. Compatiblity - CNSL resin is compatible with all drying oil, alkyed, epoxy, ester gum, phenolics and malics in all proportions and only to a limited extent with chlorinated resins, specially chlorinated rubber. They are not compatible with urea resin.Solubility - CNSL resin is soluble in M.T.O. in all proportions. It is also soluble in most of the common paint solvent like xylene, napthas, ketones, esters etc. It is non soluble in lower Alcohols.Acid Valve : Mav 5Viscocity : 80 to150 sec in 50% solid in M.T.O.Mode of Supply : CNSL Pesin is supplied in 200Kg or 20kg packing in 80% and 70% in M.T.O. 100% solid resin is supplied in 200kg or 20kg M.S. packing or 40 kg poly bag packing.Re Commender Drier Combination such as 1% lead, 0.1% Cobalt, and 0.1% movganese as metals as the solid content of the resin is recommended. After addition of drier ageing for 24 hour is recommended.
