Door Slabs: THee thickness of outer composite slab in 16mm. Tough quality M.S. plates are inter-spaced with layers of power drill, oxyacetylene flame and arc cutting resistant alloys. The door slab is further fortified by layer of barrier material which proides greater dependable potection againts fire and attacks of power drill, oxy-acetylene flame and arc cutting. Door Frame: special quality Heavy M.s. plate is used for fabricatin the door frame.For strength and rigidity the door frame is suitably reinforced along the height and width. A special ‘Box-Jamb’ is welded to the frame to provide strong rebate for the shooting bolts. High security Locks: Doors are fitted with two superior quality dual control high precision 12-Level brass body locks. stainless steel keys are supplied in duplicate. External 3 wheel numerical lock which offers nearly 100 million combinations for setting and resetting can be provided or superior quality imported time locks with multiple clock movements can be fitted. Automatic Re-locking Device: Door are fitted with sensitive reliable re-locking device. In case any attempt is made through the keyhole either using any tools or with the help of explosives then this device get activated and deadlock the bolt work for added protection. Tough bolt work mechanism : To secure the door, 12 shotting bolts(each of 38mm diameter) are provided, six in front and six at the rear which slide behind the tough “Box-Jamb” rebate. These bolts can be activated simultaneously by the movement of the handle. Balanced pressure bolt work: It provides protection against attempts of dislodging of the locks. it any pressure is applied on the lock bolt on one side, this ingenious mechanism automatically brings into play on the opposite side an equal neutralizing pressure, thus frustrating the attempt. Adjustable Strap hinge: The hinges are properly aligned both vertically and horizontally for ensuring smooth and easy operation of the door. Grille Gate: for convenience of working in the strong room, a well-designed grill gate can be provided which is secured with high precision 8-lever lock operatable from both sides.
