Raw Material Stage-
Incoming raw material tested in house to confirm as per our P.O the,
Physical Dimensions
Material Grade
Thickness by measurement instrument
Laboratory test performed to confirm the material composition.
QC Passed material is then released for fabrication
Fabrication Stage-
Inspection after complete mark up and go ahead for cutting.
Re inspection upon fit up and go ahead for welding
Final welding inspection by NDT (PT / MT / UT / RT for critical applications)
Hydro test against design pressure for Pressure equipments and piping as per process requirement
Finishing & Despatch-
Surface finishing to required grit by imported buffing machines
Equipment dismantled and sent to packing section
Special care taken to pack Critical components
 Infrastructure:
We have a state of art fabrication facility in Industrial Area of Vapi, Gujarat. We can easily be connected by industrial regions in India as our facility is near to NH 8. We have adequate trained manpower and support staff for handling bulk orders with all latest machineries for the fabrication purpose and corresponding calibrated measurement instruments for the precision jobs. We are in the process of obtaining ISO 9001 certification.
