Established in the year 1985, Pioneer Extruders (Unit I) has grown to be the main pillar of our group. Spread across an area admeasuring 30,000 sq. ft. State-Of-The-Art plant layout to manufacture most complex of customer’s artworks in a positive air pressure environment. Most stringent quality procedures as applicable to primary packaging industry are followed by constantly monitoring and improvising on our cGMP. The plant is ISO 9001:2000 Certified along with DMF registration with US FDA. The plant is first in the nation to implement indigenously made Auto-Capping machine and the first to develop and implement Clean Room concept for final checking and packing. With the help of rich experience and expertise in this field over the years the plant supplies consistent quality of Aluminum Collapsible Tubes and Aluminum Cans to meet our customers exacting demands.
