The capacity of these presses range from 500 to 5000 kg. (per 8 hour shift). This has been arrived at as per number of daylights and length of presses. In other words presses will have platens ranging from 2 to 10 nos and upto 40 feet in length ( as per customer choice) 8 day-light press10 day-light press: is designed on an i-type frame, where by saving in man power, power consumption besides covered shop-floor space and handling of material has been compacted, thereby high production can be achieved.

Tread dies are designed out of available patterns and are made out of lm6 aluminium alloy, besides customer designs also can be manufactured and supplied.

Die holders are specially designed to accommodate any length of matrix and tyre size without changing or unloading the same from the press.

The sander machine for pre-cured tread sanding is one of the most important equipment in the manufacture of pre-cured tread rubber. We are supplying these sander machines with endless emery belt for sanding. The sanded back surface of the tread rubber is renewed by taking out the top layer and by providing a coarser surface. This surface so provided by the sander machine is ideally suited to bond onto the tyre carcass.

Steam operaterd bonder offered by us is designed in such a way it should certainly give a life similar to an autoclave. The bonder is designed to process single tyres without using dummy tyres. For loading and unloading tyres instead of chain pulley or a hoist, a tyre trolley has been provided which can be easily handled without any inconvenience and also reduces the cost of the equipment. Electrical vulcanising chamber also can be supplied.

High pressure vertical vulcanisers used for any other rubber product whice requies high pressure vulcanising are also being manufactured. In these vulcanisers dual pressurizing is also provided by means of additional jackets.
