our own die-casting facility for rotors and alloy components. manufacturing of Aluminium Alloy Components. With built-up area of 15000 sq.ft. and further scope to expand, we have installed five nos. 180120150 tons Die-casting machines to start with.The unit has been designed and developed to cater to the growing demand for die-casting of Alloy Components. The Company plans to install CNC Machines along with other required equipments to manufacture finished components in due course of time.

We have installed a Semi Continuous Decarb Annealing Furnace installed capacity of 400 M.T. per month for De-Carb Annealing and Bluing of Semi Processed Steel and thus converting the same into Electrical grade material suitable for Electrical Stampings.Under this Process the Stampings pass through different chambers which are electrically heated having positive atmosphere so as to reduce the Carbon% and develop a uniform Grain Structure thereby reducing the Watt losses of the material.

We manufacture a range of die casting components that are used in various industrial applications. We manufacture die-casting in various shapes and sizes to very exacting tolerance using advanced technology.

We are offering electrical stamping. H frame 100 ton press complete with uncoiler, leveller and griper feeder. 80-160 spm

we offer Lamination Punching. Along with punching of loose lamination we also have the capability to produce interlocked cores.

We offer steel slitting. Most of the engineering units in north were dependent for steel slitting facilities located in far off places and as such we were encouraged by some of these companies to set up the steel processing facility locally and with their support we entered into this business. In steel slitting we have achieved the explicit distinction of slitting the material with minimum scrap wastage of .5 mm on each side and within tolerance of +- .05 mm.
