Intro : C.R.I. Regenerative Selfpriming Monoblock pumpsets are with inbuilt check valve on the suction side and there is no need for foot valve. Pumpsets are powered by a totally enclosed fan cooled, AC induction two pole and four pole motors suitable for continuous duty.Motor stator is made of low watt loss steel lamination. Construction of motor frame and usage of quality materials result in high performance and low temperature raise, thereby increasing the life cycle of the motor.

Design Features
Impeller : High efficiency, Non clog Semi open impeller with bull nose type for the fluid entry to ensure its smooth intake of solid particles. Designed with minimum number (2 to 3) of vanes to handle paper pulp & stock with larger solid sizes and in some cases with 4 vane as optional. Can handle solids ranging from 38mm to 95mm and medium consistency and in some cases to a high consistency range. High Consistency applications can be accommodated with the use of optional inducers fitted to the impellers.
Connecting Frame : Rigid 3 ribbed design opened at the downside for to avoid stagnation of water eminating from gland packing and remaining inside the rib and therefore avoids corrosion. Integrated pump end bearing cover with slots ensuring free flow of oil for lubrication.
