We manufacture FRP composites, Plastic parts and PU foam for various customers from diverse sectors. Manufacturing of FRP composites is our forte. We have been manufacturing high quality FRP composite parts since 1995. Our inhouse manufacturing setup for composites consists of hand-layup, vacuum infusion, pultrusion and compression moulding. For plastics, it consists of thermoforming and injection moulding whereas for PU foam, we use direct moulding. We also have CNC routers for drilling, slotting and cutting operations.
We have total infrastructural capacity of 44500 sq. m. Our total production capacity is 8000 Metric Ton per annum.
Apart from inhouse manufacturing, we have also manufactured wind turbine blade parts at our customer’s location on contract basis. We are also willing to setup wind turbine blade manufacturing facility since we have the experienced manpower who have thorough knowledge of blades and have manpower who have worked in blade manufacturing.

We have inhouse tool design and development facilities. We can manufacture small to large sized moulds of intricate shapes in cost effective manner in very short amount of time. Our design engineers ensure that mould and the final product resulting from that mould is as per our customers' requirements in terms of fit and finish. Our CAD CAM capabilities includes NX, AutoCAD, CATIA, SprutCAM, DelCAM. We manufacture all FRP composite tooling for inhouse manufacturing of FRP parts.
We provide onsite repair services of FRP composite parts. We majorly repair wind turbine composite parts namely, blades and nacelle cover.
We have two blade access platforms which are used to repair wind turbine blades without actually having to disassemble and brought down from the turbine. Our platforms reach directly to the blades and our team of certified supervisors and technicians carryout the repair in the most professional way. The team has the ability to understand the criticality of damage and perform repair works. Our team has successfully performed the repair works which majorly includes - Removal and installation of damaged Discharge ring, Leading edge and trailing edge repair, Cross bolt repair from inside blade root, Handling damages, Tip side repair, Repair of Surface defects.
We also repair wind turbine blades which have been disassembled from the turbine.
We also repair FRP composites from other sectors as well.
