Casing-in comes in two variations (i) Special model for Album Making (ii) General model for all other types of hard bound book binding. The PLC base program machine is incorporated to control the speed of Centre plate and Glue roller. A dynamic technology is used to make even the thin product album of total 4 pages of the album. At the same time the glue application program ensures gluing up to the book bottom edge level, and avoids the glue application in the bottom of centre plate.GLUING SECTIONThe Vallava Casing In machine is designed to use cold glue (Fevicol) as well as Hot Melt Glue (Jelly Glue). The glue thickness can be adjusted as per the paper quality, minimum page of product albums and books can be bound by using cut rollers as per the book size & the glue will be applied to the edges of the book. The major feature of Vallava Casing In is that glue does not touch any part of the centre plate of the casing-in machine. it is hi-tech perfect hard casing-in book in-setter for accuracy and even minimum page hard case book binding today.BOOK FEEDING SYSTEMThe book automatic feeding system is made by incorporated PLC based operation system. The timing can be programmed as per the operator working speed. The book will be fed automatically in the automatic book holding system to smoothly hold the book in the right gauge. This helps to glue the book both the side properly from starting the spin area up to the end.COVER FEEDING SYSTEMThe cover feeding system is manual. This helps in keeping the book in the right gauge. The book spine, hard cover and the book spin thickness should always match the centre spin board of hard case cover.CALEDARING SYSTEMIn addition, it is an extra feature for right rotary calendaring unit. This unit will add tremendous value and fit finish to your products. The book spin thickness and centre board size should always match. The rollers with adjustable thickness will press and effectively finish the calendaring process. The centre plate inserts the book to the calendaring rollers properly. It will press both the side by rotary; it can be adjusted as per the book thickness and height.
