Semolina; golden yellow coarse starch milled from wheat; while removing the bran and germ. Used in making pasta, noodles, breakfast cereals and puddings. In India, used in making Dosa Dough, Upma, Halwa. Semolina is also an alternative to cornmeal; used to flour the baking surface to prevent sticking. In bread making, a small proportion of semolina added to the usual mix of flour produces a tasty crust. We offer Semolina in two particle sizes viz., Coarse (Sooji) and Fine (Rava).
