Saybolt Viscometer

We deal in Saybolt Viscometer. It operates with an electrically heated, ASTM D 88, D244, AASHTO T 72, used for the empirical measurement of Saybolt Viscosity of petroleum products at specified temperature ranging from 70^{o^{F and 210^{o^{F. Saybolt Viscometer is of utmost significance for determining the Saybolt Furol viscosity of bituminous materials at temperature of 250, 275, 300, 350, 400 and 450^{o^{F. Saybolt Viscometer is most suitable for operation on 220 V. 50 Hz, single phase.

One each Cylindrical Oil Cup, Universal Tip, Furol Tip, Bath Fitted with immersion heater mounted on a stand.
Dimmer stat for temperature control, Stirrer with shield.

Specifications
The viscometers consists of a heavily silver plated brass oil cup with a precision stainless steel jet assembled in a chromium plated both fitted with a heating tube or heating element and drain cock. The bath and cup assembly is mounted on a stand with leveling feet. Each unit is supplied complete with silver plated ball valve, spirit level and cover, the thermometer clip and receiver of capacity of 50ml. A works certificate is issued for each cup which is calibratd against a certified cup. Suitable for operation on 220V, 50Hz, single phase, AC supply.

Time in seconds required to flow out 1000cc of slurry from cone is measured as funnel viscosity of the material.
