Roll Plate Bending Machine is made using high grade components ensuring their quality and durability.
Bending Operations :

If the thickness of the plate is half its capacity, then it can be bent on the machine by hammering
Thicker plates are positioned outside the machine
Set the plate between top rolls and bottom by adjustments of top roll manually
Place the top roll downwards and provide pressure on the plates
Clock wise turn the main motor untill one end of the plate comes over the first bottom roll
Reverse the motor and get second end on the second bottom
Continue the process till you get the desired results
