Lacquered glass or Painted glass colored and obscure in look, is produced by depositing and then blazing a coating of lacquer to one side of the glass. Lacquer is a solution of film-forming materials, natural or synthetic, usually applied as an decorative or defensive coating. It has all the features of the original float glass, but also supplies brilliant opaque and colorful decorative purpose.
