this Heat Exchanger Has Vertical Cylinder Type Heat Transfer Surface Where Inner Cylinder is Polished Surface Cylinder Fitted to Base Plate with a Clamp. this Cylinder is Connected to Under the Base Console Mounted Dasher Gear Motor and It Has a Dasher with Two Rows of Scrapers. the Tube Heat Exchanger is Manufactured By Apv Denmark in Year 2001. the Equipment is Designed to Operate with Products Containing Up to 30 Mm Particles in Various Heating, Cooling, Chilling and Sterilizing Processes Within Dairy, Food and other Industries. all Product Touching Parts are Made of Stainless Steel En 1.4404 (aisi 316l) or Food Quality Plastics Peek. Main Structure is Made of Stainless Steel En 1.4304 (aisi 304). Heating / Cooling Media Can Be Steam, Hot Water, Cold Water of Chilled Glycol-water Solution. the Scraper Blades (peek) are Fitted to the Pins On Dasher and Can Be Changed if Needed. the Unit Has a Support Brackets On Which the Cylinder Can Be Fixed Temporarily Up Position for Inspection and Service. this Unit Has Been Operated Very Limited Time and is Thus in First Class Condition. It Has Ce Marking with Certificate and Original Documentation.
