Back Tension Coil Winding Machine

PCGL High precision all geared coil winding machine fitted on a fabricated base frame, geared head is fitted with face plate, having radial slots for holding the winding formers. A foot pad is provided with machine for gradual increase & decrease the machine’s speed. Provision for change of speeds through gear unit is incorporated inside the gear box of the machine. Two hand lever is provided with the machine, one lever for precise setting of layer for different wire size and other lever for manual reverse of wire at the end of each layer.
