Battery Drive Aerial Maintenance Platform

 This Battery Drive maintenance Platform is suitable for attending the maintenance works of lighting, overhead cranes, window cleaning etc., at high levels in workshops, ware houses or any where on goods floors or roads. All the controls for up. Down, start, stops are provided for a smooth & safe lifting & driving by joystick. All sides’ moments, brakes are provided to operator on the platform for smooth working.

These are available in two version i.e. double mast and single mast. Double mast maintenance platform can lift 2 persons up to 7.5 / 9.0 mtr. height and single mast can lift one person up to a height of 6.0 / 7.5 mtr. Both are stable, safe and easy in working, & smooth in driving to all directions. The operator can attend to jobs even up to 8 mtr, 9 mtr, and 11mtr, heights. These are completely safe machines and exactly suitable for working on heights.

Two load wheels each with two ball bearings and two steering drive wheels with two ball bearings each are provided. There are several vertical masts, which open while moving up and close while going down. All the controls are in the hands of operator. The wheels are wide faced for easy and safe drive on good pucca floors. The net weight is very low comparing to the work done at 8 – 11 mtr, heights, and battery drive also.

The product is mainly applied in power, communication, airport, conference and exhibition center, supermarket, factory, station, subway station, etc. It is for two persons working together.
1. It is powered by DC, can move automatically, has the function of exchanging low and high speeds, can be controlled manually and requires no manual push.
2. The driving motor has the automatic braking function.
3. It can climb to a certain gradient.
4. It has the function of protection of floor pit and tilt alarm.
5. The malfunction can be diagnosed and displayed in codes. The emergent drop will be locked.
6. The electricity recharge is protected. In recharging condition, the operation is stopped.
