Bursting Strength Tester is an advanced pneumatically controlled unit for estimating bursting strength of materials like Paper,Corrugated fibre board, textile fabric etc. PARAMOUNT Bursting Strength Tester i9 is Next Generation pneumatically controlled unit for accurate results & ease of convenience. The sample gets automatically clamped thru pneumatic arrangements. It has a sturdy body having a specially designed clamp to hold the fabric for bursting test. The upper clamping surface, which is in contact with the test specimen, has a continuous spiral groove and the lower clamping surface has a number of concentric grooves to minimize the slippage of specimen. A circular specialDiaphragm of synthetic rubber of 1.8mm is clamped between the lower clamping plate & pressure cylinder. The equipment is fitted with an advanced motor driven cam mechanism, which increases fluid displacement on the lower side of the Diaphragm at a specified rate. The equipment has an auto arrangement, which automatically brings down the pressure and stops the motor on completion of the test cycle. The unit is controlled by a microprocessor-based process controller with Digital Display of the result. The equipment is beautifully finished in Blue Metallic paint for modern aesthetics.
