Description:

            Carbo-Fat is a balanced combination of rumen-protected fat rumen-bypass Carbohydrates, to improve milk yield, milk fat & milk protein (SNF) content.

            This is not a blended product by simply blending Bypass Fat & Carbohydrates. This product is manufactured by cooking Natural Carbohydrates at around 100 to 120 degree temperature which triggers Maillard reaction and at the same time it is saponified with fatty acids and calcium. So, end product is a combination of Rumen Protected Fat & Rumen Protected Carbohydrates.

            Saponifying & cooking Carbohydrate Sources (Carbo-Fat Technology) converts natural rumen-degradable Carbohydrates into high quality undegradable (80% Bypass) Carbohydrates. Besides cooking makes Carbohydrates more digestible or bio available (95% Digestibility) once it bypasses through Rumen.

So, in a nut shell there is no reliable or suitable technology available for Bypass Carbohydrates for Asian Cattle Feed Market where TMR is not the norm & Pellet feed have more market share due to unorganised dairy farming or small herd size where customization of feed using TMR is not possible.

So, Saponifying & cooking Carbohydrates (Carbo-Fat Technology) or any locally available carbohydrates source is the best possible technology for Indian Dairy Farmers.

Carbohydrates: 22% - 26% (Bypass rate: 90%)

Total Fatty Matter: Min. 30% - 35% (Bypass rate: 90%)

Calorific Value: 6,000 Kcal / Kg

1. Appearance: Yellowish to Brown colour dry free-flowing granular product.

3.      Odour: Pleasant

4.      Solubility: Not Soluble in water.

5.      Thermo-Stability: Stable at pelleting temperature.

6.      Usage: For Animal Feed Application. Can be used in Compounded Pellet Feed, Mash Feed, TMR, Mineral Mixture & Dry fodder etc.

7.      Application method: Mixing into Solid Animal Feed or Feed Supplements.

Inclusion Rate:

2 to 5% of finished feed or As suggested by Animal Nutritionist. This product can replace Bypass Fat
