Electrically Heated Conveyor Mesh Belt Tempering Furnace MODEL CBTF # 8x150, #16x150, # 24x150 and # 32x150 are ideal for high volume production of small and medium size components such as Fasteners. Chain links, bearing components, Diaphragm Springs and like.

Two versions are available in these MODELS: one suitable for application up to 500C and the other up to 700C. Whereas other constructional details remain the same, the furnace internals, such as fans, furnace hearth are made of thick mild steel in the first version 500C and of stainless steel AISI 304 in the other version 700C. For belt material, see 3.6 below.

Work pieces are loaded at the front end either in batch quantities or continuously from the Continuous Washing Machine or Induction Furnace. The drive is provided on the tail end drum. Finished products are removed in baskets for packing.
