ASHMI DIGIHUB is a part of ASHMI GROUP which has grown over the considerable span of time under the able leadership of Mr. Udeepta Kumar Pal, an engineer by profession, with a vision of doing business in various industry contemporary thrust areas.
He started his journey way back in 1996 under the banner of MODERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES (MITS). We were into the business of providing software services on various customized software like accounting software, hospital software, payroll software, etc. We were also the authorized service providers for Microsoft software items.
Gradually we ventured into computer hardware and automobile pollution control device marketing from 2002 under the banner of GREEN AGE SOLUTIONS. We had the dealership of various branded desktops, laptops and printers like HP, DELL, LG, SAMSUNG etc.
We moved ahead with time and have taken notice of the renewed focus on DIGITAL CONVERSION in recent times. The COVID19 pandemic gives us the opportunity to rethink on our business strategy. We have come up with idea of business expansion on contemporary trust areas of digital domain. We have launched our new unit in 2021 under ASHMI GROUP:
• ASHMI DIGIHUB: One stop solution for all digital along with security survellience items for sales, support and servicing and maintenance. It is actually the extension of our previous ventures under ASHMI GROUP. We are planning to coming up big way through digital marketing. It is our vision that ASHMI DIGIHUB will be the future DOMAIN for all digital and security needs of people of every walk.
AREA OF ACTIVITY:
1. SECURITY SURVELLIENCE : We are doing sales, installations, service and maintenance of every requirements of security survellience. We deal with premium CCTV equipments from CP PLUS, DAHUA, HICKVISION, HONEYWELL, D-LINK, FINOLEX. We have professional wokforce to execute any big project on security surveillance as well as small installation for domestic, commercial establishments. We have solutions for analog 2.4MP and 5.0MP HD IR camera system, network 2.0MP and 4.0MP IP IR camera system, camera with built-in audio support, mobile security camera for transport system, PTZ camera system, Night Vision with Colour display camera system, WIFI camera system and camera with artificial intelligence system.
2. ACCESS CONTROL & ALARM : We are doing sales, installations, service of every requirements of entry access control system for any office, residence, commercial and industrial setup using bio metric recognition (face, fingerprint & iris)system and video door phone and wifi based real time smoke, gas, and door/window alarm system for prevention of any damage due to smoke, leakage of cooking gas and door/window break-open scenario. We deal with equipments from CP PLUS, REALTIME, HICKVISION.
3. ASSEMBLED DESKTOP: We are assembling, marketing and providing service for the Desktop PC in our own brand “DIGI-PC” with performance wise market best of each type of components. We are assembling the “DIGI-PC” with components from INTEL, MERCURY, GIGABYTE, FRONTECH, I-BALL, CLARION, ELISTA, AOC, DELL, SEAGATE, TOSHIBA, SILICON POWER, CONSISTENT, HYNIX, CORSSAIR, EVM, CRUCIAL, LOGITECH, HP, APC, D-LINK etc. We are assembling the “DIGI-PC” in three categories – BUDGET SERIES, STRANDED SERIES & PREMIUM SERIES. We are focusing on specific user sector like STUDENT, OFFICE, TECHNICAL, COMMERCIAL, DATA-SCIENTIST, AUDIO-VISUAL for each of three categories.
4. REFURBISHED DESKTOP: We are selling Refurbished branded desktop of DELL, HP, LENOVO for the low budget commercial use where client need quality of a branded desktop at lower price. It comes with 1 year / 2 years warranty depending upon model.
5. ANTI-VIRUS: We are selling and providing support for Antivirus, Internet Security & Total Security from QUICKHEAL, GURDIAN, McAfee.
6. LASER PRINTER CARTRIDGE : We are selling laser printer and all-in-one printer cartridge of 12A & 88A compatible tonar. It is low cost but reliable solution instead of refilled tonar cartridge.
7. SERVICING & ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT: We are providing servicing for all branded and assembled desktops, laptops, printers, All-in-one (MFP), monitors, networking devices. We undertake ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC) for total IT setup of any organization including networking setup in WEST BENGAL, BIHAR, JHARKHAND, CHATTISHGARH, ODISHA & ENTIRE NORTH-EAST INDIA.
CLIENT BASE:
We are providing our sales and servicing support to all over INDIA through our network. In B2B market we are selling products through our Offline and Online channels. Apart from these we are also providing direct sales & service support to B2C market like any INDIVIDUALS, INSTITUTIONS, COMMERCIAL & INDUSTRIAL UNITS, CORPORATE SECTORS AND GOVT. SECTORS.
