Board of Directors:
Our Board of directors comprises of Dr. Amogha Idnani, Mr. H.S. Idnani and Rajesh Idnani.
Dr. Amogha Idnani:
Dr. Amogha the founder and proprietor of Quotient Consultancy heads the domestic recruitment division. She has done her Masters in Business Administration from the Mumbai University and is the recipient of several academic honors. She has a wide experience in the pharmaceutical and hospital industry in the field of marketing, human resource and training. Her varied experience and exposure to the service industry coupled with her zest for perfection and people assessment skills, makes her a unique entrepreneur.
Mr. H. S. Idnani:
Mr. H. S. Idnani is a chartered engineer by profession with an extensive experience of over 4 decades in manufacturing.
He is on the board of leading steel manufacturers in India and abroad.
Mr. H.S. Idnani is involved in developing our overseas recruitment platform and technical manpower requirements.
Rajesh Idnani:
Rajesh Idnani heads Quotient Acumen and overviews overseas & domestic recruitment activities.
Rajesh has been associated with the banking and insurance industry, with an experience of over 20 years in sales and international business.
He has a penchant for Training and is a thorough sales person.
Resource specialists:
Our resource specialists are a team of experienced personnel with expertise in manpower recruitment. Our team includes personnel having requisite competencies in recruitment, human resource and sourcing functions.
