Details :

Semiautomatic Rotary Bottle Washing machine designed to wash and clean various size and shapes of bottles from 15 ml to 750 ml bottles. The rotary platform which carries the bottles, complete one revolution in one minutes. The water jets along with main body is all made of SS 304 material. A hood for covering the bottle and provided a continuous water spray fitted with top to wash the bottle outside.
The machine is also provided with 2 Nos. monoblock pumps with 2 Nos. square Stainless Steel Tanks and one electric panel box. The direction of rotations shall be clockwise when viewed from the top.
The driving mechanism shall be arranged at the bottom in an enclosed cabinet . All the contact parts shall be SS 304 quality. All the SS parts shall be polished to matt finish and MS parts/ structure shall be duly painted.
