ESPON-GLF3 is a graphiteless, eco-friendly water-soluble die lubricant, proven useful for small to medium, non-complex parts in hot forging presses and hammers. ESPON-GLF3 is a clean, white lubricant and is completely soluble in water. It does not contain graphite or any particulate matter. ESPON-GLF3 is to be mixed with water in 1:10 up to 1:25 dilution ratio, depending upon forged part complexity, weight and method of die lubrication.
