HD Series Hydraulic Crimping Tools

SAPSONS HD Series Hydraulic Crimping Tools is designed  for crimping with Ring or Hex dies to crimp Copper / Aluminium Cable terminal ends/ Ferrules upto 1200 Sq.mm, powered by Heavy duty powerful Hand Pump.
 
The Crimping Head and Hydraulic Hand Pump is connected with 2 Mtrs. long Hydraulic Hose pipe and the Hydraulic Hand pump is desigend to develop Pressure of  from 300 to 700 Kg/ Sq.mm. The crimping Head is Slim in design and made from Solid Special  Alloy Steel  to withstand the pressure developed while crimping. The mechanism within the pump control the pressure developed , while crimping and safety valve prevents overloading. This Slim type Hand held Hydraulic crimping tool is suitable for Heavy duty crimping and can be easily used inside the panels , very confined areas/ position and very critical applications.

• SAP-HD-400 - Capacity : 50.0 to 400.0 Sq.mm ( Supplied with set of 9 sizes of dies)
• SAP-HD-630 - Capacity : 240.0 to 630.0 Sq.mm ( Supplied with set of 5 sizes of dies)
• SAP-HD-1000 - Capacity : 500.0 to 1000.0 Sq.mm ( Supplied with set of 4 sizes of dies)
• SAP-HD-1200 - Capacity : 500.0 to 1200.0 Sq.mm ( Supplied with set of 5 sizes of dies)
