SERVICES WE PROVIDE:
Our main service is Accounting Services. We provide Accounting Services as per the GAAP- Generally Accepted Accounting Principle, Accounting Policies and the Accounting Standards as issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Accounting Services shall be the main service and the term “main service” shall also include Computation of Income Tax , Sales Tax, VAT, Service Tax and other levy as suitable.
Main Services are provided on frequent or period basis i.e. it can be Annual, Half Yearly, Quarterly, Bi Monthly, Monthly or Weekly. The frequency of providing the main service shall depend on Volume of Transactions of the Entity. The Billing shall be done for main services frequently as decided; the payment of particular bill shall be done within 10 days from date of the bill in account payee cheque or bank transfer only.
We also provide a link for Ancillary Services like Income Tax Return filing, VAT Return Filing, Service Tax Return Filing, TDS Return Filing, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, and Issuing of CA Certificates for various purposes. This type of services we make it done (outsource) from a Qualified and Practising Chartered Accountants. These CA has more than 10 to 15 years of practising experience and are renowned in their fields.
Ancillary Services are provided when it is needed. We at Elite Accounting Associates don’t do billing for Ancillary Services the billing shall be done by the particular CA Firm and payment shall be done to particular CA Firm only either in Account payee cheque or bank transfers only.
HOW WE PROVIDE SERVICES ?:
After deciding the frequency, we decide the place of Work. Place of Work can be either at Client’s Place or at our place as suitable. If the place of work is at our place, client shall allow and provide to carry all Books of Accounts to our place, once the work is over all Books of Accounts shall be return back to client.
Accounting Work is done on computer (e-system) on an accounting software known as “Tally 5.4” or “Tally 9”. Or if client is not in position to afford cost for it than Accounting is done manually in the books and in MS Excel. After the Work is done for that frequent / period a MIS Report is presented to Client giving details of work done till date. Billing shall be at same time.
If client is liable to pay Income Tax , TDS, Sales Tax, VAT, Service Tax and other levy we shall make our client available with figure of such taxes payable by preparing a Computation, so our client business will be at ease.
